Writing Cameron

If you would like to write Cameron or send him a package, here is an updated address:

Elder Cameron Zabriskie
Washington DC South Mission
5242 Lyngate Court
Burke VA 22015-1631

This is the mission home address. You may always send letters and packages here for the duration of Cameron's mission, however, they will take some time to get to Cameron because he won't actually be living there. I will post an update as soon as I know Cameron's current address.

Sending Packages and a Message from Cameron

If you would like to send Cameron a package to the MTC, just drop off packages at PostMart in the Smiths/Shopko complex in Orem. All you need to do is put Elder Cameron Zabriskie MTC, Box #239, and his departure date (Nov. 24th) on the package and pay them $2. As long as you get it to them by 3:00 pm, it will be delivered the same day. We've heard that you can just drop off packages in a paper bag as long as it has that info. So, it's pretty easy and they're casual about it.

Now, a message from Cameron (this is just a little snippet of his letter he sent this week to the family):

Everyone in my District is so freaking awesome we actually have like so much in common. There is Elder Edwards and Elder Holmes the new zone leaders and Elder Garner the District leader, Elder Pope, Elder Wixom, Elder Paswater, Elder Bezzant, Elder Mobley and I and we got a new Elder in our district that I just found out about like 5 seconds ago. I am excited to meet him tomorrow and welcome him to the MTC. Its crazy how being here for a little bit makes me like more experienced then the people coming in on wednessday. I'm excited to show the new scared Elders the ropes. Im so excited for them.

Anyway the Gospel is pretty much the coolest thing in the world and I am ashamed to admit that I would think it was totally lame to write and think about this stuff but we talk about the gospel all the time and its awesome. Anyway I know the church is true I know I'm here for a reason and there are people in DC that really need to hear this message from me. The gospel is for everyone and anyone can benefit from it. We are all here to learn and grow and get back to our heavenly father. I know that more clearly then ever. I love being here the spirit here is amazing.
